To shape the stories you tell about your leadership.
I am on a mission to help women tell their most powerful stories. Together we will build a new, meaningful narrative to describe your professional experiences and impact. I will help you confidently navigate the toughest questions about setbacks, layoffs, gaps in employment and failure.

How it works
Through a series of discussions and short writing assignments, we will unpack the choices and influences that have gotten you to this point in your career; we will identify your super power and the work you have been the most passionate about pursuing and finally, I will help you communicate your strengths and successes at work to different audiences.
Process
We start with a 90-minute call to dive into your story from the start. We will discuss what inspired your current career path, identify your strengths and the work you are most excited about. We will also discuss your accomplishments in depth and unpack challenging professional experiences that have built your resilience and leadership.
Each week we will follow up with a 30-60 minute call to focus on one story to reshape and retell. This might be how you introduce yourself and your work, how you describe your most significant impact, your greatest leadership experience, a time you had full ownership over a problem or how you have managed a team or challenging employee.
There will occasionally be short written assignments before the weekly calls. Through these assignments you will start to build a clear, sharp narrative whether that is for a pitch or a interview.

About Me
I’m Raja. After pursuing a Master’s in Organization and Leadership studies from Stanford University and spending years at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and Haas School of Business identifying the leadership, intellectual curiosity, and personal qualities that makes an individual stand out, I launched Bancroft. Over almost a decade, I have worked with hundreds of people, especially women, to draw out their most important stories so they feel confident in discussing their impact for interviews, introductions, pitches, and applications to the most competitive programs in the world.
